Orders

I didn’t receive my order confirmation email. What should I do?

First, check your spam or junk folder. If you still don’t see it, please contact us. To

Can I add, change, or cancel my order after placing it?

Because we process orders quickly, changes and cancellations are only possible if you
reach us immediately after placing your order. Please contact us through the Contact

Shipping & Delivery

When will my order ship?
Most orders ship the same day or within 48 hours (Monday–Friday before 3 PM). Orders placed after 3 PM, on weekends, or on holidays will ship the next business day.
What shipping methods do you use?

USPS Ground Advantage: 2–5 business days
● USPS Priority Mail: 2–3 business days

How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery depends on your location:
Texas customers: 1–3 business days
Other states: 3–5 business days

Do you ship discreetly?
Yes. All packages are shipped in plain USPS or poly mailers. Delivery personnel will not know the contents.

Payments

My card was declined, but I was still charged. Why?
When a transaction declines, your bank may place a temporary hold on the funds. This is not an actual charge. The hold usually disappears within 24–48 hours, depending on your bank.
Why does my card keep getting declined?
This often happens if the billing address entered does not match the one your bank has on file. Please double-check your details before resubmitting.
