Same-Day Shipping:
● Orders placed before 3 PM (Monday–Friday) will be shipped the same day.
● Orders placed after 3 PM on Fridays through Sundays will ship the following Monday.
● Please note: We do not ship on weekends.
Delivery Times:
● USPS Ground Advantage: 2–5 business days
● USPS Priority Mail: 2–3 business days
Tracking:
● You will receive a USPS tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
Discreet Packaging:
● All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging to ensure your privacy.
Domestic Shipping Only:
● Currently, we ship exclusively within the USA.
Returns & Refunds Policy
Eligibility:
● You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
● If the return is due to our error (incorrect or defective item), we will cover return shipping costs.
Refund Processing Time:
Refunds can take up to 4 weeks from the time we receive your return. This timeline includes:
1.Return Transit Time: 5–10 business days for us to receive your package
2. Processing Time: 3–5 business days to process your return upon arrival
3. Bank Processing Time: 5–10 business days for your bank to complete the refund
